4. Subscription Plans and Payments

4.1. Subscription Tiers

ListList offers the following subscription plans:

  • Free Plan: Essential collection access, basic community features, standard support, and mobile & web access
  • Explorer Plan: $16/month - Access to 20+ curated collections, weekly newsletter, community forum, progress tracking, and email support
  • Professional Plan: $32/month - Access to 100+ curated collections, weekly fresh content, priority support, advanced filtering, expert interviews, early access to features, detailed analytics, and offline access
  • Conscious Professional Plan: $320/year - All Professional features, 17% annual savings, expert conference ticket, 1-on-1 consultation, custom learning path, VIP community access, and quarterly progress reviews

4.2. Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Paddle, our third-party payment processor. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to Paddle's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Subscription fees are charged automatically on a monthly or annual basis depending on your selected plan, unless you cancel your subscription before the renewal date.

4.3. Free Trial Periods

We offer trial periods for our paid plans:

  • Explorer: Trial period available (terms may vary)
  • Professional: Trial period available (terms may vary)
  • Conscious Professional: 30-day money-back guarantee on annual commitment

If you cancel during the trial period, you will not be charged. After the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled.

4.4. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will continue to have access to premium features until the end of the billing period.

5. User Content and Conduct

5.1. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of all content you post on ListList, including collections, comments, and learning resources. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content on the Platform.

You agree not to:

ListList is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of information provided through the Service or third-party APIs.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ListList and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Our total liability for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or any other reason we deem necessary.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and you will lose access to all premium features and content.
